Care Instructions

Sustainability also means caring for your garments so they last longer. We offer you a guide on best practices to care for your natural fibre underwear.

BAMBOO

Bamboo is a natural fibre. Treat it kindly and it will return the favour. To keep your underwear soft, breathable and long-lasting

  • Wash on a cold to warm, gentle cycle (nothing above 30 degrees celsius)
  • Use a mild, gentle detergent - preferably liquid
  • Wash separately or with like colours - natural dyes may gently release at first
  • Avoid fabric softeners (bamboo is naturally soft)
  • Do not bleach
  • Line dry in shade or lay flat - avoid the dryer to preserve stretch and shape
  • If needed, iron on a low heat - but its best left natural

cupro

Cupro is a regenerated fibre made with care - a little extra gentleness helps it last beautifully on the skin. To maintain the softness and drape of your Cupro

  • Wash on a cold, gentle cycle
  • Use a mild, natural detergent
  • Wash with similar colours or separately at first to protect tone and texture
  • Avoid fabric softeners or bleach
  • Line dry in shade - do not tumble dry
  • If needed, iron on low heat setting only

SILK

Silk is a living fibre - breathable, delicate and responsive. To preserve the natural softness and sheen of your silk

  • Hand wash in cold water, or use a delicate cycle in a garment bag
  • Use a mild, pH neutral detergent
  • Was with like colours
  • Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and fabric softeners
  • Do not wring or tumble dry
  • Lay flat or hang in the shade to dry
  • If needed, steam or iron on the lowest setting, inside out
