RETURNS POLICY

FINDING YOUR FIT
Buying lingerie online can feel uncertain, but we’re committed to making the process simple and stress-free. If you’re unsure about sizing, please reach out before purchasing — we’re always happy to help.

ONE-TIME EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
We understand that finding your perfect fit online can feel tricky. While underwear bottoms and bodysuits are not eligible for returns, we offer a one-time size exchange on your first order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • All items must be tried on over your own underwear
  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping

Once we receive and approve the item, we’ll send your replacement size straight to you.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • We accept exchanges or returns for bralettes and crops within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to the intimate nature of underwear, underwear bottoms, bodysuits, and sale items are not eligible for returns. This is due to hygiene reasons under the Australian Consumer Law
  • Eligible returns can be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • All customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Eligible items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains or marks).
  • Tracking is strongly recommended, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
  • All returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving your items.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in quality-checking each piece, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return postage costs.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page, or email us at customercare@asweareunderwear.com.au
  2. Send back your items with tags attached and tracking included.
  3. Once approved, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear.
