*Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers
As of August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs has removed the “de minimis” exemption that previously allowed small orders under USD $800 to enter duty-free.
What this means for you:
- All shipments into the U.S. may now be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
- At checkout, you’ll see these charges calculated and added to your total so you can prepay them. This ensures a smooth delivery with no surprise bills from couriers at your door.
- Duties and taxes are set by U.S. Customs & Border Protection, not by us. We don’t mark up or profit from these charges.
We’re committed to making the process as transparent as possible. The total you pay at checkout is the landed cost(product + shipping + any duties/taxes), so there are no hidden fees when your order arrives.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and packed with care within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please note: During peak periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We offer standard and express shipping options Australia-wide.
- Standard Post: 2–8 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide!
- Standard Post: 7–21 business days
- Express Post: 3–10 business days
Flat-rate international shipping applies and is displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs process.
Free Shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD for New Zealand customers, and on orders over $200 AUD for all other international zones.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the carrier’s website or through the link in your confirmation email.
